Gower has some spectacular coastal scenery including the view from the village of Rhossili, reputedly the eighth most photographed sunset in the world!

This region includes cliff walks and superb beaches and the capital city – Cardiff – with its concerts and operas, rugby football, attractive Victorian shopping arcades, quality museums and Cardiff Castle.

Visit the Welsh Folk Museum at St. Fagans, Castell Coch – a fairytale castle with three round towers, the university town of Swansea, Rudry Forest or the awe-inspiring ruins of Caerphilly Castle, dating back to the 13th and 14th centuries.

Don’t miss Aberdulais Falls near Neath, a miniature Niagara on the River Dulais, Penscynor Wildlife Park or the Welsh Valleys.

This former mining area has been transformed, thanks to a vast reclamation programme, restoring the valleys to their original natural beauty. You’ll find a welcome in the hillside!
